This project, carried out in the fall of 2009, focused on a review of fifteen academic library consortia that: Included two-year colleges, either exclusively or as part of a joint consortial arrangement with four-year colleges and universities; and Purchased or licensed databases and/or electronic resources as part of their consortial services.Interview topics included membership, governance, fiscal agency, electronic resources, positive qualities, and goals and future challenges.
