Serving on the Access Services Open House Committee offers staff many opportunities for development as the Committee creates activities around an Open House theme. One activity in particular grew into a Stacks Tour Pilot Project where a staff member created, implemented, and evaluated the results of the project and made recommendations about the continuation of the project. This article discusses the Pilot Project and resulting staff development opportunity. (Contains 4 tables and 16 notes.)
