After summarizing the significance, goals, learning objectives, and program models of cultural immersion, this paper discusses the principles of selecting multicultural materials, cultural immersion information, and practical tips on designing and maintaining web-based sources. This paper also addresses the issues of developing an effective mechanism to build collaboration between librarians and faculty members with respect to cultural immersion curricula and to create an open information environment for disseminating multicultural resources for experiential learning courses.
