UMUC librarians have developed best practices for working with students to help them assess their information needs and to then formulate a search strategy that can help them find all relevant e-resources that could potentially be used to help them answer their research question. These practices include taking into consideration patron research level (i.e., graduate or undergraduate student), assignment project/scope, and research subject area. (Contains 5 figures.) |
