- Rapid labour force survey of COVID-19 impact on small and medium enterprises in Tunisia: highlights report: second wave June 2021 International Labour Organization. Advancing the Decent Work Agenda in North Africa (Project) This report complements the household survey analysis by looking at the key findings from the data collected on small and medium enterprises in Tunisia. The survey is conducted by phone and targets firms with 6 to 199 workers before the pandemic (February 2020). A sample of 500 firms was randomly drawn and stratified using the Yellow Pages. The second wave was conducted between May and July 2021. Tunisia did not have a Yellow Pages or similar databases to roster firms, so administrative data sources had to be used from the National Institute of Statistics (INS) and the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (APII) databases.
