This brochure is based on official statistical data produced by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) from a representative sample of more than 90,000 households annually. The brochure is the result of a) a dialogue with university career counsellors, who have helped in identifying the type of information that would be of most value for educational and professional orientation, and b) careful data analysis, to match such information needs with the available labour market statistics, ensuring reliability and providing as much detail as statistically sound.
