  • Mapping active labour market policies in Grenada The Government of Grenada has been pursuing comprehensive labour market reforms aimed at improving employment outcome, enhancing workforce skills, and strengthening social protection mechanism. These reforms include, among others, the establishment of public employment services (PES), the expansion of unemployment benefits, and targeted initiatives for labour force skills development to better align with the demands of the economy. As part of this reform agenda, the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Labour, and Consumer Affairs has partnered with the International Labour Organization (ILO) to provide analytical and advisory support, focussing on delivering evidence-based labour market analysis to inform policy decisions and guide the reform process effectively. This mapping report forms part of a broader, integrated analytical framework commissioned by the ILO. ILO, [1st ed.] 10.54394/IEPX8713 DOI https://doi.org/10.54394/IEPX8713 publication.report
