Die Forschungsdaten der ersten Feldphase beinhalten die Chat-Protokolle aus zwei Kanälen: 'Medizin' und 'Alert_Redaktion', die zu wichtigen Orten für den schnellen Austausch über das Thema des Coronavirus-Ausbruchs wurden. Die Chatprotokolle sind nach Tag und Kanal geordnet. Der redaktionelle Austausch über eine Collaboration-Software, der bereits während der Feldarbeit im Januar 2020 etabliert wurde, hatte sich im Oktober 2020 aufgrund der Heimarbeitssituation intensiviert. Die Chat-Kanäle wurden zu einer Hauptplattform für den Austausch von redaktionellen Ressourcen und Wissen sowie für Diskussionen. Im Einvernehmen mit der Redaktion erhielt die Ethnographin Zugang zu den Kanälen der Redaktion. Die Chatprotokolle der zweiten Feldphase bilden 27 verschiedene Kanäle ab, die nach redaktionellen Themen und organisatorischen Themen unterteilt sind. Die Chatprotokolle sind erstens nach Datum und zweitens nach Kanälen unterteilt. EN: The ethnographic material was collected in the newsroom of Science Media Center Germany. This is done through permanent semi-public 'channels' that designate the topic of discussion. The research data of the first field phase include the chat logs of two channels: 'Medizin' and 'Alert_Redaktion', which became important places for quick exchanges on the topic of the coronavirus outbreak. The chat logs are organized by day and channel. The editorial exchange via collaboration software, which was already established during the fieldwork in January 2020, had intensified in October 2020 due to the home working situation. The chat channels became a main platform for the exchange of editorial resources and knowledge as well as for discussion. In agreement with the editors, the ethnographer was given access to the editors' channels. The chat logs of the second field phase map 27 different channels, which are divided according to editorial and organizational topics. The chat logs are divided firstly by date and secondly by channel. |
