contents Dataset describes snow profiles performed between on Hansbreen, Svalbard. Each profile is represented by four files in the following formats: SVG, PDF, CAAML6, JSON. SVG and PDF present graphical visualization of snow profiles, executed with niViz open-source software (https://niviz.org). CAAML (Canadian Avalanche Association Markup Language) is a worldwide standard extension for avalanche information and snowpack evolution. JSON is commonly used in the modeling approach, and it can also be easily converted to other text file extensions (e.g. CSV).
