contents We present analytical single-grain data and calculated sample thermochronometric ages for four different low-temperature thermochronometer systems that were applied to 59 bedrock samples (51 new and eight previously collected by others) from the eastern margin of the Peruvian Central Andes. Rock samples are mostly Cretaceous and older metasediments, granitoids, and volcaniclastic sediments. Samples were collected along three ca. 190 km long and 200 km apart transects across the eastern Central Andean Plateau, Eastern Cordillera, and Subandean Zone in southern Peru. The transects were selected to include three major canyons that incised the eastern Central Andean Plateau. Thermochronometric data were acquired to study the timing and extent of canyon incision against the region's larger deformation and exhumation history (ca. 40 Myrs). The datasets include apatite and zircon (U-Th)/He and apatite and zircon fission-track analytical data.
