contents Glacier outlines of Venedigerkees in the Hohe Tauern Range, Austria, are periodically mapped as part of the respective glacier mass balance monitoring program. Outlines for 2012 and 2018 were mapped from orthophotos and digital elevation models and are provided in shape file format. Venedigerkees is a former tributary of Obersulzbachkees but is no longer connected to the remaining parts of Obersulzbachkees. The mapping approach is based on the third Austrian Glacier Inventory (GI3, https://doi.org/10.1594/PANGAEA.844988). Detailed Information is given in Hartl et al. (2024) and in the associated readme files. New outlines will be added as they become available.
