A mooring system was deployed in the SoNG at 590 m water depth from 13 to 31 March 2024 (18-day deployment) during the SO304 cruise onboard the R/V SONNE. The mooring had a total length of about 145 m. A downward-looking 300 kHz Acoustic Doppler Profiler Current (ADCP, Teledyne RD Instruments Workhorse Sentinel) was located at about 70 masf. Measurements were done every 1 minute, with a vertical resolution of 2 m.
