contents CTD (temperature, salinity, pressure, and oxygen) data from horizontally towed XOFOS transects in the pelagic during the RV METEOR campaign M182 in the eastern tropical North Atlantic (Cabo Verde and Mauritania) in 2022. We performed towed horizontal transects of 13-15 min at distinct depths between 0 and 1100 m water depth for imaging, and collected environmental data using CTD (Seabird SBE 19plus V2) sensors for conductivity, temperature, pressure, and dissolved oxygen, which were mounted on XOFOS.
