contents The data set provides major and trace elememt as well as stable isotope (H, C, O) data from water column samples taken on-board the research vessel 'Professor Albrecht Penck' using a CTD in September 2009 in the Puck Bay, southern Baltic Sea. The data were derived within the AMBER project to search for indications of submarine groundwater discharge in the the Bay of Puck.
