collection Datos científicos de ciencias marinas y ambientales
contents This dataset provides elemental ratio - ln(Si/Al) - measured with X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) from the last 956 ka. The site (DGL-1905) is located in the Sergipe-Alagoas Basin, in Northeastern Brazil, near the São Francisco River mouth. This data allows the interpretation of hydroclimate changes during the last million years. The elemental data were collected at the Laboratory of Oceanography and Paleoceanography (Fluminense Federal University) with a Niton XL3t XRF Analyzer following the minimum resolution of 10 cm.
