The synthetic method features efficient enzymatic assembly of sialyl galactose or -acetyl-galactosamine building blocks, highly stereoselective chemical construction of α-type -phosphonate, and the β-stereospecific 1,3-glycosylation reaction of a rare sugar donor. |
