Their chemical structures and stereoconfigurations were well elaborated. Compound promoted cholesterol efflux from Huh-7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner by inhibiting 1 (ASGR1), which was identified as a new therapeutic target in hypercholesterolemia in liver. Besides, compounds - exhibited obvious anti-phytopathogenic fungal activities.
