- Diketopiperazines from marine-derived sp. M1-6. Xu, Rui Wang, Jianjian Liu, Changyu Yang, Xuefang Chen, Minjun Jin, Zihan Zheng, Shengyan Li, Peihai Wang, Cong Cao, Shugeng A new diketopiperazine () and 11 known compounds () were isolated from marine-derived sp. M1-6. The structure and the absolute configuration of compound were determined by NMR, HRESIMS and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) data. The pro-angiogenic activity of compounds were evaluated on the basis of a zebrafish model. The results showed that compounds , and had pro-angiogenic activity at a concentration of 40 μM.
