The genome sequence has a total length of 1 786.39 megabases. Most of the assembly (97.94%) is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.35 kilobases. From the metagenome data, we recovered 5 bins, of which one was a high-quality MAG. |
