- The chromosomal genome sequence of the feather duster worm, sp. h YS-2021 (Sabellida: Sabellidae) and its associated microbial metagenome sequences. Sun, Yanan Kei, Keith Qiu, Jian-Wen Martín-Durán, José M Oatley, Graeme Sinclair, Elizabeth Aunin, Eerik Gettle, Noah Santos, Camilla Paulini, Michael Niu, Haoyu McKenna, Victoria O'Brien, Rebecca We present a genome assembly from an individual sp. h YS-2021 (feather duster worm; Annelida; Polychaeta; Sabellida; Sabellidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1 786.39 megabases. Most of the assembly (97.94%) is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.35 kilobases. From the metagenome data, we recovered 5 bins, of which one was a high-quality MAG.
