Vilchis Multidisciplinarias (Ciencias Sociales) Predation Null Model Zooplancton Ecological studies Biological interactions The correct application of the null models in ecological studies is important since through of them we are able to know if random determines or influences the observed patterns, time and/or space. A proposal to make the construction of the models more rapid and reliable is also undertaken. A case study (predation between a fish and its preys) is analyzed.
