Justo Mello Multidisciplinarias (Ciencias Sociales) chemical Trade union Metallurgical and banking workers Collective bargaining The objective of the article is to analyze the impact of productive and financial restructuring regarding the bargaining power of three trade unions (chemical, metallurgical and banking workers) in the area of Cam-pinas (São Paulo). It focuses mainly on their process of collective bargaining during the 90?s.
