These factors are described and imply Colombian character in the form of its legal system and the responsibility of its Constitutional Court to preserve and make these theoretical postulates a reality. The general role of judges is also analyzed, by proposing the improvement of the juridical syllogism with political effectiveness, which is the primary source in the application of constitutional principles. This role also serves to improve the logical scheme in order to form a contemporary proposal in the fair application of the law.
