- La flexibilidad laboral en la contratación colectiva en México Gerardo Tunal Santiago Economía y Finanzas structure productive re labor flexibility work organization labor regulations This article aims to analyze how the collective bargaining came aboutin the enterprises that placed collective work contracts (CWC) at theJunta Federal de ConciliaciÛn y Arbitraje (Federal Meeting of Conciliationand Arbitrage), during the time Zedillo was President, taking as astarting point the political speech on labor flexibility at the beginningof the eighties. Such analysis is done from a reinterpretation, from theoreticaland empiric references, of the results obtained from the integralrevision of 2,494 CWC that made the SecretarÌa del Trabajo y PrevisiÛnSocial (Work and Social Forecast Department) from the 1994-2000period.
