contents Derechos humanos y criminología: un vínculo ignorado Mario Arroyo Juárez Economía y Finanzas Mexico criminology victimology human rights The aim of the paper is to analyze some of the existent contradictionswithin human rights discourse, particularly questioning the commonlyaccepted chronological approach that leads some authors to assumethat there is a unique discourse on human rights. The short review ofthe genesis and historical development of this discourse has as mainpurpose to discuss a new typology that enables the study of the differenthuman rights discourses that are currently performed. A secondgoal is to demonstrate how criminology and victimology, with someminor restrictions, are discourses that provide useful concepts for a betterunderstanding and explanation of what takes place within the topicof human rights. 2002 artículo científico 1405-8421 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=11101105 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=111 Economía, Sociedad y Territorio application/pdf El Colegio Mexiquense, A.C.
