- Conflicto social, ambientalización y crisis política: judicialización en la cuenca Matanza-Riachuelo, Argentina Andrés Scharager Economía y Finanzas Matanza judicialization Riachuelo basin Environmental conflicts This paper examines the social and political factors that led to the judicialization of the environmental conditions of the Matanza-Riachuelo basin, a highly polluted territory in Buenos Aires that in 2006 became the object of an unprecedented problematization.
