contents Experiences of success and failure in project organisation Knud Nielsen Ole Vinther Ingeniería The article concerns successes and failures in project organised education during the last ten years in The ElectronicsDepartment at the Engineering College of Copenhagen.A definition of what a project may be considered to be is given and the elements of successful problem solving are listed.Practical experiences and problems in project organisation are described and commented upon. The most striking and positive experience is the social competence exhibited by the students as well as their enormousmotivation. The negative experience is the tendency of the students to prefer a serialistic style in their problem solving which does notlead to a broader and more general conception of the solutions. A major reason for this is the teachers´ difficulties inadapting to a new role. 1997 artículo científico 0717-1072 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=11400405 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=114 Revista Facultad de Ingeniería application/pdf Universidad de Tarapacá Revista Facultad de Ingeniería (Chile) Num.4
