For that purpose a documental researchwas carried out in order to show us the politicalreality of the period at issue, to the effects ofchecking the democratic pluralism by means ofthree indicators: its established norms, the existenceof social organizations and opposed politicalorganizations and the effective capacity of politicalparticipation of these organizations.
