It was possible toapproach the construction of some theoretical -conceptual explanations which led to a search fora wider and more complete understanding of theelements involved through an external procedureof analysis. In this sense, the dynamic of theproduction of knowledge is seen as a startingpoint for the structuring of intellectual capital.Along with these proposals, theoreticalapproaches are made towards the principalelements that support a model for themanagement of intellectual capital.
