- Mães Gestoras – Uma análise da influência da maternidade na vida profissional das líderes Kelly Daiana Michel Moema Pereira Nunes Sociología Maternity Learnings Leadership Difficulties Mother managers The presence of mother managers in the labor market is a constant in the contemporary environment and the way motherhood is reconciled with professional life can be one of the key points of female leadership. This study has as main objective to analyze the trajectory of the woman manager and mother and how motherhood influenced this process. The research has a qualitative nature, of an applied nature, with a descriptive objective. The research technique used was field research, with data collection through semi-structured interviews. Twenty interviews were carried out with mothers who occupy leadership positions.
