Although cemeteries existed at the Moche Site, burials are often found in the urban sector. The goal of this paper is to present a peculiar small adobe construction, used as a burial chamber, in the southern part of the plain between the two huacas. Ceramic vessels typical of Moche phase IV are the predominant offerings but it is the construction above ground that gives the funerary feature its originality.
