  • Educación intercultural y bilingüe y flexibilización magisterial: temas de la reforma educativa en Bolivia Ricardo Calla Ortega Multidisciplinarias (Ciencias Sociales) The developing of the Educational Reform in Bolivia has started to generate a local debate among the indigenous peoples of this country. Such debate in the high-plateau marka of Jesus de Machaqa and its ayllus (Ingavi province of La Paz department) shows that there are serious difficulties to implement the generic proposals of Intercultural Bilingual Education of the Educational Reform program at the local level, especially in regard to the problematic of interculturality. Such difficulties also become intertwined with the political context in which the Educational Reform is taking place. Thus, alongside the expectations of renovation and change of programs and courses at the school level, the politics of structural adjustment and labor flexibility in Latin America and in Bolivia —including potential politics of massive unemployment of laborers— generate the opposition of school teachers to the Educational Reform in this country. 1999 artículo científico 0303-7495 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=12628317 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=126 Bulletin de l'Institut français d'études andines application/pdf Instituto Francés de Estudios Andinos Bulletin de l'Institut français d'études andines (Perú) Num.3 Vol.28
