- Soybeans production and its influence on the socioeconomic variables o the Matopiba Region Ana Paula Nunes Eulalio Gomes Campelo Filho Elcio Gustavo Benini Administración y Contabilidad Agrobusiness Regional development Socioeconomic indicators The article focused on analyzing the evolution of soybean`s agribusiness in the municipalities of Matopiba and its correlation with the socioeconomic indicators of the region. This is an explanatory research, with a quantitative approach, having as a sample the annual data from 160 municipalities in this region from 2004 to 2018. In order to analyze, it was applied a multiple linear regression, using the grain production data and the socioeconomic data of the municipalities of the selected regions.
