Its colonization andthe appropriation of the territory is a process included fora long time, whereby there the disputes are very complicatedand its solution exceeds the unilateral approachesapplied from the power.The survey enables to penetrate in a violent world,because in this areas, aloof and unknown, the state,anyone, suggest clearly its purposes.
