Cecilia Calderón Puente Estudios Agrarios trees Inventory planted surface cultural practices The results presented in this document are related to one of the stages of the project Human and Productive Processes in organizations: Quince in Valle de Allende, Chihuahua. The commencement of this work required the accomplishment of a diagnosis where it is described and analyzed the prevailing situation regarding to the quince producers in the municipality of Allende, Chihuahua. In order to make such an analysis it was required an inventory realization of quince producers in Pueblito, in Allende, Chihuahua. The information, to determine the inventory of fruit trees, planted area and cultural practices quince producers use, was attained through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation.
