H Merino Estudios Agrarios Efficiency Production Cost Livestock Systems Information System The system’s objective is to provide authorities, academics and public in general with scientific information on the main livestock productions in México. Methodology: Defining objectives and hypothesis allow us to identify variables to integrate questioners and calculi algorithms and results tables, all of which is placed in the internet. The system is the result of the collaboration between the Veterinarian faculty and the Ministry of agriculture who financed it. The design, implementation and operation of the system is achieved by a central group with the support of a group of experts from the faculty in charge of the quality supervision and another group of specialist designated by de Ministry in charge of the final diagnosis of each production system.
