Because ofthis, we seek to promote lhe study and application of this tccbuique among agroiudustrial compames. This research was conducted iu an agroiudustrial busiuess devoted to lhe production of meat products. In order to generate data lbe UALAE based melhodology was utilizcd as a stratcgic management tool, which was used to obtaiu an assessment oflhe company that subsequently applied lbe Seven Basic Tools ofQua1ity Management.
