These events should beplaced in the second expansion of the capitalist world system, together with those that in the localscenario are concurrent to the creation of the ?Río de La Plata? Viceroyship, passing through the war ofindependence and the highly conflictive period of the country´s consolidation, right up to the fall ofRosas in 1852.
