contents Clinical and pathogenetic features of optimization of diagnostics and treatment of inflammatory cardiomyopathy diseases Aigerim Japparkulova Jamilya Kaibullayeva Gulnara Sadyrkhanova Nurzhan Borykbayev Mukhamediya Zhaipanov Kanatzhan Kemelbekov Medicina Pro TLR receptor inflammatory interferon cellular and humoral immunity Inflammatory cardiomyopathy disease This article presents data on the development of pathogenetic relationships expressing TLR 2, 4 initiations of inflammation in the mucosa of the colon and, as a consequence, the appearance of the main clinical symptoms of the disease. As well as the data obtained can serve as a theoretical justification for the search and conduct additional methods of pharmacological correction of the revealed violations. The results of the study allow to expand the diagnostic algorithm, to optimize the tactics of management of patients with IBD, to predict early recurrence of the disease. 2019 artículo científico 1856-4550 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=170262877007 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170262877007/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170262877007/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170262877007/170262877007.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170262877007/movil en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=1702 Revista Latinoamericana de Hipertensión application/pdf Sociedad Latinoamericana de Hipertensión Revista Latinoamericana de Hipertensión (República Bolivariana de Venezuela) Num.5 Vol.14
