The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship between ADHD and obesity. That is why a systematic review of scientific studies is carried out revealing relationships between both disorders from a physiological, cognitive and behavioral perspective. It is concluded that the relationship between ADHD and obesity is given by genetic factors, by dopaminergic variations, changes in sleep patterns, emotional imbalances and by alterations in the regulation of behavior; likewise, social factors related to pregnancy care and the feeding of women before and during pregnancy influence it. 2018 artículo científico 1856-4550 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=170263334015 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170263334015/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170263334015/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170263334015/170263334015.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1702/170263334015/movil en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=1702 Revista Latinoamericana de Hipertensión application/pdf Sociedad Latinoamericana de Hipertensión Revista Latinoamericana de Hipertensión (República Bolivariana de Venezuela) Num.2 Vol.13
