This paper carries out a review of research undertaken into cooperativism and published in specialistmagazines over the period 1997-2000 in Argentina, with the purpose of considering its scope and importance.The key subjects dealt with are examined taking into account how often they are explored, the discipline they belong to, the methodology used and the field to which the institution producing the research belongs.
