| contents | Las pequeñas cooperativas rurales: surge un nuevo actor económico Milton Maya Díaz Economía y Finanzas coverage operatives sustainability Rural development rural savings and loan co Paradoxically, at the close of the XX century the Ecuadorian financial system endedup weakened, and especially banking, which faces a deep crisis of confidence due to its fragility faced with internal and external shocks, apart from its incompetence and high levels of corruption.
