These are all attempts at regeneration and were drawnup in the framework of the Water Law passed on 13th June 1879, and which has been ineffect for over a century.Despite its name, the Draft of the 1993 Hydrological Plan was also based on hydraulics.This plan owed much to the above-mentioned regeneration projects and was aimed at signiicantly restructuring the hydrographics of the Spanish peninsula through SIEHNA.
