contents Outsourcing and the sociosexual and racial division of labor Rachel Gouveia Passos Cláudia Mazzei Nogueira Sociología Women Labor Outsourcing Black Women Precariousness This work seeks to analyze outsourcing with an emphasis on the socio-sexual and racial division of labor. We understand that there is differentiation about the outsourcing biases in the case of black women since Brazilian social formation is based on racism, patriarchy, and colonialism. Therefore, the article is presented in three parts: first, we bring elements that define what outsourcing is; then we approach this phenomenon in the public sector, and finally, we deal with the topic of outsourcing and its effects from the sociosexual and racial division of labor. 2018 artículo científico 1982-0259 https://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=179659699005 https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1796/179659699005/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1796/179659699005/html/ https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1796/179659699005/179659699005.epub https://www.redalyc.org/journal/1796/179659699005/movil 10.1590/1982-02592018v21n3p484 en http://www.redalyc.org/revista.oa?id=1796 Revista Katálysis application/pdf Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina Revista Katálysis (Brasil) Num.3 Vol.21
