Alexandre Aranha Arbia Sociología Marx Political Das Kapital Capital accumulation in Brazil legal labor regulation in Brazil This article uses the Marxian analysis of the nineteenth century English factory legislation, to demonstrate how a concrete approach to labor policy in Brazil can be inspired by the guidelines included in the Volume I of Das Kapital.
