There are may isolated bills and incomplete legislation about certain cultural respects, such us the law 5122 about preservation, promotion and development of Jujuy´s handicrafts, or the law 3866, or municipal legislation. But all of them, regrettably, are not regulated by the executive power what makes impossible their complete execution.
