Aftera general overview of these judicial procedures, the article proceeds toanalyze the legal cases for which the recourse is granted, and thetypes of administrative decisions subject to this control. Next, westudy the different kinds of petitions available to complainants. Finally,procedural matters are analyzed in more detail.
