Theodore Administración y Contabilidad Clusters Comunication Holistic Administration This paper presents the strategic managementcomponents that are conducive to theeffective and efficient operation of the organization.It also presents the areas (clustersin this work) of the organization developmentinterventions, describes the goals of eachintervention, and exposes the elements tobe analyzed and evaluated in each cluster.The design of this paper presents the strategicmanagement components as (a) mission,goals, and objectives; (b) the functionalunits of production and operations, marketing,finance and accounting, and human resources;(c) the ancillary units of managementinformation systems, and research anddevelopment; (d) the alternative choices ofretrenchment, stability, and growth; and (e)the implementation process.
