Multidisciplinarias (Ciencias Sociales) The subject deals about the crack downin the circularity, understood as a mechanism that reorganizes the behavioural sequences, fully turning them from recurrentinto progressive steps of action cycles. Thusseen, the burnout, or professional weardown, would appear as a result of thechronic exposure to laborious stress, modulated in each of its phases by the individual´sown circularity. Hence, in the present case, the syndrome shows up when the teacher inunable to correct the problematic situation. As a consequence, he ends up resorting to escape or to avoid responsibilities or duties as a way to face the stress. By not facing situations, none solved problems grow upfollowing a cumulative process of longlasting uneasiness which ultimately deteriorates the professional, who feels defenseless and cheated in his work.
