It takes persuasive languageto be constitutive of instrumental reason, and analyses the possibility ofpictorial representation of the operation of reason by sketching out thequasi-logical components of arguments made by actors in strategicdiscursive interaction, in cases collected from empirical contexts of theconflictive use of speech.
